If the S6 had thin bezels, the S6 edge variant completely kicks out the idea of bezels, because now the screen is the bezel! If the item stops working after some time, contact us immediately for support. Some issues can be quickly solved by our technical staff over the phone in which case further assistance isn’t necessary. If not, send the product to us via mail if you are far away or bring it yourself to our office.
Repairs may take time if the parts are not available locally but most of the time the repairs only take a few days. Once completed, we will contact you to collect the product or just mail it back to you.
When you receive your product and it doesn’t work, this is classified as a dead-on-arrival situation. In this case, return the product back to us within 7 days since purchasing it and receive an immediate replacement.
For further protection, an extended warranty covers more problems for added peace of mind. A 6-month extended warranty costs $50+gst and covers problems that may occur as a result of normal usage. These may include:
Wear and tear coverage: it’s easy to distinguish a new device from a used one based on the external wear signs. Further wear and tear occurs inside as a result of dust and moisture, which may lead to problems down the road.
On-site service: for bulky items, we come to you and offer our services hence saving you time and money.
No lemon guarantee: if you have already had the product repaired 2 times, the next time you face a problem, we will replace the entire product and avoid future problems.
$1,200 replacement: for repairs costing upwards of $1,200, the item will just be replaced with the same exact specifications to save time.
Countrywide coverage: this warranty offers you guaranteed service from any service centre or repair technician across NewZealand provided they deal with electronics.
Transferrable: this warranty is transferrable in case you sell it of give it away. Just remember to send us a proof of transfer such as a receipt and contacting our customer care service team.
Health check: just like a medical checkup, you can send the product to us to examine any possibilities of an error with the parts.
